Bryce Stafford

For the past 14+ years, following completion of the UC Irvine MBA program in 2000, Bryce has focused solely on healthcare real estate development and strategic planning for the west coast’s major system, hospital and physician providers.  Along with Jason, Bryce managed the Los Angeles regional office of Hammes Company, a national firm specializing in healthcare real estate consulting, medical office building development, and project management of acute hospital construction.  In his seven years with Hammes Company Bryce was responsible for $75M+ of business development and project oversight for healthcare clients in California, Nevada and Arizona.  In 2008 Bryce joined SMP bringing his healthcare real estate industry focused management, development and strategic planning experience, as well as an extensive healthcare industry network.  With a Southern California focus over the last 6+ years clients have included (but not been limited to) local, regional and national healthcare systems, profit, not-for-profit, community, district & university-based teaching hospital facilities, and independent and foundation-based physician groups. 

When not chasing his four young kids, Bryce enjoys golfing, basketball and securing a babysitter for date-nights with his wife Jenny.  He also enjoys pretending to eat healthily.
