With roots in healthcare planning and real estate advisory services, SMP continues to assist its health system, hospital, and medical group clients as a consultant in a variety of different ways.  SMP has expertise in common consulting roles such as market analysis, real estate portfolio assessment, and financial modeling and has developed unique areas of expertise pertaining to PACE services, telemedicine, and medically based fitness centers.  A new and growing sector for SMP is assisting traditional commercial real estate developers with understanding and integrating medical components into larger commercial development projects.
