Strategic Medical Properties (SMP) was formed in 2007 with the idea of applying a deep understanding of healthcare strategy to medical real estate solutions throughout California, with a particular emphasis on off campus projects.  Whether as developer, broker, or advisor, SMP draws upon its understanding of healthcare markets and the complex relationships between hospitals, physicians, and payors to plan and deliver strategically sound real estate solutions.
