Project Description:

SMP has managed all aspects of development for the project, including market analysis, site identification, entitlements, design and construction oversight, leasing, property manager selection, and tenant improvement coordination.  The project, which will be opening in early 2015, includes outpatient services on the ground floor and physician offices on the second floor.

Project Description:

SMP was Tri-City Medical Center’s representative in the development of this build-to-suit project.  The medically-based fitness center portion of the project included a retail fitness center along with physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation services.  The adjacent medical office building was developed to provide primary care services.  SMP represented Tri-City in all project related activities including interfacing with the developer on a daily basis, managing the tenant improvement design and construction process, overseeing the fitness center operator, managing the project budget and schedule, and coordinating all hospital department activities.

Project Description: 

While with Hammes Company, Bryce directed the project team through the development of Nevada’s only accredited free-standing cancer center, including ownership structuring, financing, tenant and sub-tenant leasing, and pre-development.  The 34,000 SF facility on the new Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center campus includes medical and radiation oncology departments, a community resource library, healing gardens and a spiritual area for patients and their families.

Project Description:

While with Hammes Company, Bryce led the project team through the feasibility study, ground lease negotiation, tenant pre-leasing, financing and pre-development phases of this on-campus medical office building project.  Bryce also carefully monitored the project during the construction and move-in phases.

Project Description:

While with Hammes Company, Jason served as the project lead in acquiring and converting a six-story commercial office building located across the street from Saint John’s Health Center to a medical office building.  The project involved a complex ground lease, challenging entitlements, significant shell and core upgrades and high profile tenants.  The building, which was largely vacant and close to being taken back by the bank as a general commercial office building, is now a thriving medical office building with a full floor oncology group (28,000 SF), a full floor orthopedic group (28,000 SF), UCLA Medical Group (40,000 SF), a dialysis center (8,000 SF), Saint John’s Health Center (28,000 SF), and a number of smaller physician tenants.
